YEAH, FINALLY!!!

HERE IS AN UPDATE!!!

These are some shots from our very first official family vacation! We travelled to Corpus Christi for three nights and San Antonio/New Braunfels for three nights as well. This is the first of two vacation postings; the second will have the San Antonio/New Braunfels leg of our trip.

After I get the vacation shots posted, I will attempt to catch up on all the missed months so keep checking back!

The kids were ecstatic about the beds when we arrived in Corpus

They were so excited to get up and look at the ocean each morning.

This was Justus (and Gary) in the ocean for the first time.

Pierce LOVED crawling all over the beach at Mustang Island; the sand was so soft and you could actually see through some of the water.

On a side note...see the bruiser? During his very FIRST week of football, Justus and another little boy hit heads and he ended up with a massive black eye! Oh yeah, one more side note... the TOOTH IS FIXED!!! :)

We could not use our double stroller aboard the USS Lexington so it was up all the stairs with all the babies. I asked Gary how many sets of steps we went up like this and he said 12! The overhead parts were so small that we had to keep checking to make sure Pierce's head did not hit them as Gary was climbing through.

I wish so bad this were clear; it was SO CUTE!

They took turns spinning each other on the barber chairs in the ship.

These were two random lockers we saw while we were touring the ship; of course we had to try!

When we told Justus this was the "ship jail" he freaked out! :)
